About MeMy name is Michelle Catania and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am licensed with the State of Connecticut and have a background that includes a Masters' in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelors' in Psychology with certification in Elementary Education from Franklin Pierce University.
I was a preschool teacher for over 15 years and have children of my own, two naturally and one through special needs adoption. I use both my personal experience as well as my professional training to help my clients achieve their goals big and small. |
Why I love what I do... |
I love my job because I can share my passion for Christ, and my love for families. I am also able to use a variety of creative therapeutic approaches for individuals, children, and families who are struggling through the demands of life and the pursuit of a healthy home.

My History |
I was born and raised in San Diego, California but have grown to love the seasonal changes here in New England where I live with my husband and three children. For fun...I enjoy scrapbooking, hot chocolate, and playing in the snow but I wish it could be a little warmer.
